**If you are in the Bangor area** and are: homeless or live in a trasitional program, between 18 – 24 years old, and were in the custody of the state of Maine as a foster child or in a group home, this program can provide financial support for an apartment and help finding and maintaining employment, assistance finding solid health care, transportation options, and other necessary supports for successful living, including support to develop positive peer relationships and friendships. Click here to download a flyer
