The makers of Nest Booster Seats are recalling certain models because the stitching that holds the straps onto the seats can come loose; releasing the straps if a child pulls on them or an adult tries to tighten them.
If you own a Nest Booster OXO recommends you stop using it immediately and contact them to check if your seat model is part of this recall. If it is, OXO will send you a free repair kit with redesigned safety straps and installation instructions.
